Fitness tips while at work

The modern desk job has led to common health problems like tightness in the shoulder, neck, and back which often leads to fatigue, injury, soreness, and lack of mobility. To ward off such problems keep yourself flexible to make the muscles elastic and improve your posture.
Deep breathing pumps in more oxygen-rich blood to your brain which keeps you alert and productive.
Here are a few tips to rejuvenate yourself in between your  work:
1.While working on a computer , every 20 minutes, stand for 20 seconds and stretch.  This  reduces fatigue and increases blood circulation.
2. Sit upright in your chair with your arms at your sides and your feet flat on the floor. Gently raise your chest toward the ceiling and keep your chin level with the floor. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then relax, and repeat 5 to 10 times.
3. For chest elevation while sitting and placing your hands on your hips, try to squeeze your shoulder feeling the stretch in your chest, holding it for 10 seconds, then relax and repeat the same for 5-10 times.
