How to make your workouts effective

Fitness all about doing your daily activities with vigor and alertness without fatigue. No man is too young or too old to achieve fitness.
One can make himself fit by engaging in aerobic exercises and through strength trainingĀ  coupled with a healthy diet. Following are some quick tips to stay tip top:

1) Drink plenty of water throughout the day and especially after a workout. A protein drink would be ideal.

2) Before you strat your work out try to warm up and stretch and remember to cool down gradually after sessions.

3) If you are working to shape muscles make sure to keep them safe with frequent breaks.

4) Always ensure a good working condition of the equipment you are using for your work out.

5) Exercise with the right techniques be it weight lifting or aerobics. Follow your personal trainers instructions and refrain from overdoing things while at the gym in order to gain fast results. Overtraining will only exhaust your ambitions and kill performance.

6) Always balance your meals on the three essential macronutreints; these are fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Prioritize proteins over carbohydrates but never exclude any one of the three.
